I Am Enough – Marisa Peer
I have dealt with telling myself that I’m not enough before in the past. I’m not enough of a mom or enough of a wife, friend, or person. Listening to Marisa Peer has changed my outlook on life so much! I have started writing “I am enough” on my bathroom mirror because I am enough! Do you feel guilt and shame, instead of thinking you’re not enough? Deep stuff.
You can remind yourself that you’re enough.
#1. Write it on your bathroom mirror.
#2. Tell yourself that you’re enough every day!
#3. Surround yourself with people who make you feel as though you’re enough.
#4. Know you’re not alone in this world, other people deal with these same thoughts.
#5. Keep yourself out of this rut by not comparing yourself to others. You’re not them, you’re YOU!
#6. Put positive things in your mind, instead of negative.
#7. Surround yourself with positive thoughts and scriptures.
#8. Know that everyone has flaws, but you have a lot of wonderful qualities.
#9. You deserve love, even when you don’t think you do!
#10. Focus on where you’re going, not where you’ve been.
#11. Text a friend that they are enough, we all need a little bit of encouragement.
#12. Do things in your life that make you feel like enough!
#13. Challenge yourself and take risks, know that you’re enough and capable of doing anything you set your mind on.
